They framed our house and a large custom deck and I received progress pictures while they were working. After they finished their work, I hired a team to add insulation and sheet rock. The owner of this company specifically asked who did the framing, because they could tell it was meticulously built. I plan to use Next Construction for future projects as well!"

Tampko kept requesting additional information all of which he provided which required multiple trips. These were completed timely and professionally. The roofers stayed with the task until roof was completed. Cleanup was superb. They worked within budget as stated and worked with the shingle manufacturers and roofing company to make everything come together. Edwin is a real professional. Would not hesitate to recommend."

"It went very well.  They explained, in great detail, what they suspect happened since the home is about 5 years old and built during the housing boom in Rogers.   They looked all around the house and made sure they looked at all the exterior walls, brick, and foundation.  They asked me if I had any visible cracks in the house.  They answered all my questions and asked me a lot of questions.  I really felt like I could trust what they were saying and they know what they are doing.  They didn't charge me for an evaluation even though they spent nearly an hour looking at everything and discussing what they were seeing.  I highly recommend them and will have them come back for 2nd opinion later in the year.  They even made suggestions about how to improve our drainage in front of the house.
