And he refused to use the Wallabot to help locate the wire in the wall, telling us it would only detect live wires -- we knew better but there was no telling him."

I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
