"They were the first to respond with a quote when I posted on Angi. I was satisfied with the (one-time) mosquito treatment they did -- it was effective in getting rid of the massive amounts of mosquitos that had been in my back yard due to previous residents letting the garden get very overgrown. I'm only giving a 3 because I think the service was descent, but just average. They could've earned more stars by (1) sending a text message or email to confirm the appointment date/time that we'd agreed on over the phone; (2) coming on time for the appointment, or at least sending a status update about the ETA; (3) providing some instructions about when it's safe to go into the yard after having sprayed the chemicals, or when I can water the lawn next post-treatment -- I came outside to say hi and try to speak to the guy who came, but he never turned off the blower to say a word to me -- just sprayed then left; and (4) having a less confusing payment process (When I booked, they took my credit card info so I assumed it was pre-paid, but then got an invoice after the service had been completed, which gave the impression I was being double-billed -- they were quick to explain that they took my credit card info but never charged yet, so it wasn't a problem -- but the process could've been more efficient.)"
