"Love how the stucco looks. Thank you!"

"This was a large project and Jon Anderson was my main POC. They missed a couple things upfront but Jon took full ownership of the issue and made sure the work was completed correctly. Very easy to work with Jon and a real pleasure."

"They were friendly, efficient, and took great care of our home! They removed our whole house fan and replaced it with attic stairs. I would definitely hire them again!"

"My wife and I have used their services twice with excellent results. They really know what they're doing. And most notably, they went the extra mile on the second job, a stucco repair. Unfortunately, the repair was washed away and ruined by an unexpected rainstorm the next day. They repaired the damage without charge, without us asking. Their technicians are friendly, and Sharon, who fields the calls at their office and coordinates the work is a gem. Clearly, this company is one of both competence and character. Highly recommend!"

"We first found Edwin and his team at Loayes seven years ago when we hired him to repaint the entire interior of our first house. We were so pleased with the quality of the work, as well as his responsiveness and professionalism. We have called on the Loayes team several times over the years when we've needed to have work done. We've never worried much because we know Edwin's team will complete the projects on time and within budget. We've retained Loayes to repair and repaint drywall, wooden window sills, outdoor stairs and security bars; built and install kitchen benches; replace portions of cabinetry; and many other tasks. We are grateful to have been able to call on Edwin over the years. We highly recommend Edwin and his team at Loayes without hesitation. You won't find a better or more reliable contractor."

"They were very punctual and very efficient. I was constantly checking on the job and all the workers were very professional, and helpful with any questions or doubts i had during the job. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants reasonable price with great quality!"

"The did a great job! Two painters arrived promptly at 8am and were done around 1:30pm. The painters were very professional and courteous. They laid down drop cloths between the bedroom and bathroom, covered the countertops and lamps and fixed the wall where I had some electrical work done. I had two different colors on the walls in my bedroom with the ceiling being a completely different color and rounded corners around the windows. I'm very pleased with the work overall, now I'd like to paint the rest of my house. I would definitely hire them again!"

"I had an excellent experience working with Jose and his team on a number of home improvement / repair projects: sink / vanity installation, toilet installation, faucet installation. He was responsive and respectful throughout the whole process and helped provide me with a number of different options to address various issues that came up along the way. His team was professional on the job and and did excellent work on the project. I’d highly recommend his company for home improvement solutions"
