"We got 4 quotes for re-doing our entire exterior stucco walls and found E.M. Texture here on Angi and based on their reviews and price we decided to go with them. They were not the least or most expensive but right in the middle. Eliazar came out and walked through the process with me a few weeks before the job began, and I felt like I was in very good hands. On work day 1 a big crew came out and got to work and never slowed down. It was about an 8 day job with some downtime due to rain, but they came back as soon as it was dry enough to finish. The walls look spectacular! We are a very unique white stucco townhome community on the lake in Columbia and could not be happier with the way it turned out. Several neighbors have already contact E.M. to take on their work as well. Glenda in the office is nice and responsive and very professional. It's a great family business and I cannot recommend them highly enough!"

And the guys cleaned up everything really well, kept everything clean throughout the process and at the end cleaned up like it was a new house."

"We renovated our previously finished basement level after a flash flood damage. This included a family room and a guest bedroom. Edwin and his team did a wonderful job completing the 4-week project that involved removal of old flooring and placement of new luxury vinyl panels, drywall repair, installation of new ceiling lighting, demolition and rebuild of the fireplace mantel, replacement of doors, and repainting of walls and ceilings. Edwin was great keeping us in the loop and communicating with us, including any changes to the work schedule and mid-job proposals for work additional to the initial estimate due to unforeseen issues arising from original construction of the home. They were also very responsive to our questions or requests. We are very happy with how everything turned out and will plan to use their services again for future renovation projects."

They were punctual, in fact they were a little early, which is always very nice.  They were professional and very tidy. "Chris and his team were great from start to finish. I called around and received several quotes for a full townhouse interior painting. Rent painters price beat out all of the rest. The team was punctual and professional. They finished the job in a timely manner especially since I was short on time to have the job completed. The repaired dry wall holes, painted the doors and everything. I would hire them again and have referred them to other people."

"They sub-contracted out, the price change ($299.99 to $430.00) from the big deal because they had to pay Rodriguez Home Improvement LLC. They came out and pressure wash the house and to make the guy go back over his work. Still it was a lot of dirty areas left. Afterwards, I took a cloth and wiped away the dirt. I did this to see if it was baked on from the sun. It was just a lousy job from the sub sub contractors."

I’m glad we had professional staff that could walk us through different scenarios for installation as the project work went along as dealing with uncertain existing conditions can be a challenge.. The tile work throughout the condo is flawless and by far our favorite.
