He gave us a free quote, a full scope description, and pictures of issue areas. After we signed the contract, the Keith team came out the next week to complete the work. At the time of estimate, he had already restored my gutters without prompting or even asking. Set an appointment for a Saturday, early, and although he arrived sooner than expected he simply waited until the appropriate time to approach my door. "We had a leak in the master bedroom ceiling. We called RIBA Construction in for a repair estimate. HB (their estimator) inspected our roof and found a hole where a branch had fallen and poked a deep gash through the tiles, at a valley between two slants in the roof. The painted area on the ceiling of the master bedroom had puckered and split, so it needed to be refinished & repainted. There was another area in our house by a window in another window where the paint had warped that we asked HB to give us an estimate for. He examined our window frame, inside and out and told us that the window frame was no longer level underneath the vinyl siding and the wood in the corner of the window was damp and he recommended that it should be repaired. Repair of a section of roof tiles: $300 Repair of a window underneath vinyl siding: $400 Refinishing & painting of ceiling & wall by window corner: $350 Each of these three tasks was performed by different repair men on different days. The estimate and the three repairs were all scheduled promptly and with clear warning as to when they would arrive. All of the work appears to have been done well and handled professionally. We would recommend them to anyone who need one or all of these the three services that they performed."

"I have been placing calls and submitting application profiles for services to get a roofer to come out to my home and replace several shingles that were blown off the roof due to the recent high winds in Wash. DC. The companies I called were busy with other jobs and I wouldn&apos;t get services for up to 3 weeks. Then I read the reviews for this company on March 7 and liked the reviews and submitted the services needed. The next morning I got a call from Moses to schedule an appointment on March 14, however, I wanted the job to be done before March 14, due to the light snow/rain that was expected in the DC area. Then surprisingly on March 12 when I was at work, Moses called and informed me that he was at my house to start the work on the roof. I was so happy to hear his team were able to come out two days in advance of the scheduled date. Moses and his team assessed the issue and kept me informed of the work performed. Moses and his team did an excellent job on the roof and the extras done outside of the house was much appreciated; which Moses did not charge me for.
