"If you're searching for a reliable company to replace your roof, I highly recommend Certified, a Service-Disabled Veteran owned business. From my very first phone call with the owner, Steve Mitchell, I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and genuine approach. His guiding principle is “do the right thing always,” and he truly listened to my concerns, promptly arranging an appointment to move forward. At our meeting, Steve EPITOMIZED EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE - he listened intently, thoughtfully answered every question, and addressed all my worries. He explained the entire roof replacement process in clear, easy-to-understand terms. When it came to areas where the wood was damaged under the shingles, Certified sent me detailed photos of the damage, then replaced and numbered the plywood so I could see exactly what was done. I received before-and-after photos, and I have to say, if a roof can be beautiful, nine is absolutely stunning and comes with a 50-year warranty!"

"Certified roofing did very well. They were the first to respond to my Angi query. Tim was smart, quick, and had an excellent work ethic. We had a slight miscommunication on what the job entailed, which is being cleared up as we speak. I would definitely hire them again."

"They replaced the underlying wood elements are really did it right. You might pay a little more than with others, but they did a superb job. A++ I chose them because they had all top ratings, and I was not disappointed."

"We had a roof leak and Amazing Skylights made quick work of it. They were very helpful and responsive and saved us from further water damage. It's been six months and no recurring issues. We had a great experience with them."

"We used Mike Bennett of Springfield Roofing because we trust him. He's been their in the past when we needed him and we wouldn't go anywhere else because of him. He's fair, responsive, and a straight shooter that will work with you. Replacing a roof isn't cheap, so when we saved up the money we called him and he worked within our budget and time frame. His team showed up on time and just went to work. They were very diligent throughout, including their clean up effort - which was spotless. Beyond the work of the team putting on the roof - Springfield sends their own in house inspector to double check the work afterwards, someone completely separate from the first team just to make sure everything is done, and done right. Gives us a lot of confidence that we made the right hire. And although we know we won't have any roof needs in the near term, we will always have Mike Bennett on speed dial. Great job, thanks Mike and Springfield Roofing!"

"Called and set an appointment within 10 minutes of my repair request. Bob Decheubel, left nothing undone! At the time of estimate, he had already restored my gutters without prompting or even asking. Set an appointment for a Saturday, early, and although he arrived sooner than expected he simply waited until the appropriate time to approach my door. The work seemed effortless to him, wouldn't accept a water break. His pricing was within boundaries or parameters and I definitely, without hesitation always contact Reliable Roofing, Inc."

"I have a wooden shake roof that was in desperate condition. Forrest & Son agreed to make the repairs. They came out on time and did a thorough job of patching the worn shakes with new material. The way they integrated the new with the old shakes was amazing. The roofer was more of an artisan than repair guy. My wife and I are more than happy with the work that Forrest & Son provided. than happy with the result"

"The crew did great work and got the roof done in 2 days despite a lot of wood replacement. 2 days sun up to sun down and we are very pleased."

"We had some floorboards buckle in our basement due to an unknown source of water. Jeff Dahlgren was fantastic and very helpful in helping us figure out the problem and his repairs were great (after having to dig up concrete and cap off a mysterious open pipe that came out of nowhere). He also did some other things (repairing drywall, installing new fixture and faucet), was on time, professional, clean, and friendly. It's really hard to work in a home wearing a mask and keeping things clean and tidy during pandemic, minimizing disturbance for kids in virtual school, and we really appreciate that."

"Very professional and excellent customer service. Repaired roof leak and did a full rubber seal. Work was very reasonably priced, quick and efficient. Very pleased with their work and would strongly recommend Elizabeth Williamson - I'll certainly use them again in the future."
