"Dec. 15, 2021 Shawnee County experienced high winds (70-90mph) this caused more than 2 dozen shingles and caps to come off my roof. Early morning I was doing research on Angi/Home Advisor for Roof Repairs. One Roofer and/or handyman already quoted a price online at $705. At around 6:35am got a text message from Trinity Contracting that said they would be in North Topeka area, and we set a time of 10am. Their estimate was between $600-$700 and that was in the ballpark of the previous online estimate. Trinity also said they could do the job the next day Dec. 17th. I agree with the estimate and asked them to come the next day. Another Roofing Company called about a half hour later, and said they charged $350 per bundle of singles for repairs, but they were 2 weeks behind. I called 5 other Roofing companies and left messages, but they never responded. Dec. 17, Trinity Contracting showed up around 1:30pm and was done around 3pm. They used the exact same type/color shingles as the original shingles. Which are hi-impact shingles. The used a little over 2 bundles and left the remaining bundle with for future repairs (Thank You). Total cost $600, so they were on budget and a bit under. So I am a Happy Customer."

"They removed layers of old asphalt shingles, covered the old 1"x6" board wood deck with OSB sheets and new Architectural shingles on house and detached garage. Replacd vinyl siding on dormer and a wall where the roof is at different elevations. Quality work. Site left spotless. Would hire again."

"This is a first class operation.  Mr. Zuber is very low key, nice and knowledgeable. He gave us alternatives for the look we were trying to achieve and advised us well. You see we were not thrilled with the idea of siding our house, as a lot of siding we had seen was not so good looking, but we are so pleased with the decision now that all is done. My skeptical husband is now the biggest fan of siding. Joe's crew was polite, hard working and dependable, caring very much about their craftsmanship. Clean-up was outstanding, and they noticed things needing correction before we did and fixed them, which were very few might I add. We had so much wood rot and problem areas, and they were experts at handling it all. They began sooner than we expected and worked long and hard hours. We had several estimates for the work we wanted done and were a little skeptical when Joe's bid was substantially less with up grades and quality products. We need not have doubted. We got a beautiful look, and after viewing  other houses and the siding on them, we are convinced that ours undoubtedly looks the most expensive and classiest. "My siding project was started late in the year. I was concerned about the crew getting caught in the cold weather but they were well prepared and every morning they were ready to go. The crew jumped right into the tasks with little guidance and stayed busy all day. They talked and joked frequently but that seemed to keep their mood and energy up. There were few problems except for some cold mornings and frost that could affect ladder work.  Also included was new Sherwin Williams 20 year paint  on the wood trim  and 3 kitchen windows were installed. I noticed a remarkable increase in comfort inside this past very cold winter after the house was wrapped with HardieWrap and the new siding. The job finished more or less on time and looks great."
