They came out when they said they would, and fixed the broken line during a frigid ice and rainstorm, and at a very reasonable cost. The work was done well, and they cleaned up when they left. "In replacing the water valve, they did a good job. The guy was professional. They were extremely high. I think they were way out of the line. Then, on the stool, he didn't fix it. He couldn't see what was wrong. I ended up having a handyman that I know and he came over and found out instantly what was wrong and it was a no big deal thing. I think it cost me a maximum of $20 and it has been fine ever since, so I thought their pricing was way out of line. I would never use them again. The guy that came was very nice and I felt like he acted professionally and everything. However, he didn't fix a simple thing in the stool. They were very responsive. I don't remember them being late or anything."

Was good to get a live person when I called and they responded to my request in about 1/2 hour and were at the house within an hour. Was able to get the drain cleaned even though had to make two passes and explained the problem. Was very clear about pricing and explained that given the weekend prices would be higher before doing the service. Did not charge me for a sink drain he was unable to clear because he indicated the drain probably needed to be replaced. It was too corroded and blocked to get the auger through. Very professional and very pleasant to work with. Planning to hire him for other plumbing services I need."
