"This is the worst service I have ever had in my life. The contract that I signed says Hawx pest control company covers 200 insects. They were running a promo for $49 promo for the 1st visit and $50 per month for 11 months (approximately $600). After the first visit, he told me that he didn't cover a German roaches and I would have to pay an extra $800 on top of what I had already agreed to pay--even though roaches were included in the original contract. His name is Chris and he is a manager for Hawx pest control. He wouldn't compromise or help at all. He just said he would refund my money and walked out. "

"They responded quickly, gave us a very reasonable quote, and began the work almost immediately, but the follow up is the reason for the 2 star review. The squirrels were not evicted by their work, they never returned my phone calls, never returned to set traps after we had discussed it, and we had to hire another company to come finish the job. Very disappointed because the technician was a really nice guy. "
