"If you're searching for a reliable company to replace your roof, I highly recommend Certified, a Service-Disabled Veteran owned business. From my very first phone call with the owner, Steve Mitchell, I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and genuine approach. His guiding principle is “do the right thing always,” and he truly listened to my concerns, promptly arranging an appointment to move forward. At our meeting, Steve EPITOMIZED EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE - he listened intently, thoughtfully answered every question, and addressed all my worries. He explained the entire roof replacement process in clear, easy-to-understand terms. When it came to areas where the wood was damaged under the shingles, Certified sent me detailed photos of the damage, then replaced and numbered the plywood so I could see exactly what was done. I received before-and-after photos, and I have to say, if a roof can be beautiful, nine is absolutely stunning and comes with a 50-year warranty!"

"Certified roofing did very well. They were the first to respond to my Angi query. Tim was smart, quick, and had an excellent work ethic. We had a slight miscommunication on what the job entailed, which is being cleared up as we speak. I would definitely hire them again."

"They replaced the underlying wood elements are really did it right. You might pay a little more than with others, but they did a superb job. A++ I chose them because they had all top ratings, and I was not disappointed."

"FAST AND RELIABLE SERVICE. THEY REPAIRED THE SHINGLES ON THE ROOF. HAD ALL THE TOOLS REQUIRED ON THEIR TRUCK AND TOOK CARE OF THINGS QUICKLY."

"The staff kept me informed of every detail. Once the crew started working there was someone there to supervise the entire process and make sure things ran smoothly. I was particularly impressed that they were so honest about what needed to be done - saying my garage didn't need a new roof at this time - I had both done so they would match. Several months later when I had a small problem they were very responsive and came right out and took care of it. I would recommend them to anyone, and am planning on having a skylight installed this spring!

"We used Mike Bennett of Springfield Roofing because we trust him. He's been their in the past when we needed him and we wouldn't go anywhere else because of him. He's fair, responsive, and a straight shooter that will work with you. Replacing a roof isn't cheap, so when we saved up the money we called him and he worked within our budget and time frame. His team showed up on time and just went to work. They were very diligent throughout, including their clean up effort - which was spotless. Beyond the work of the team putting on the roof - Springfield sends their own in house inspector to double check the work afterwards, someone completely separate from the first team just to make sure everything is done, and done right. Gives us a lot of confidence that we made the right hire. And although we know we won't have any roof needs in the near term, we will always have Mike Bennett on speed dial. Great job, thanks Mike and Springfield Roofing!"

"Mr Augustine showed up inspected our roof and gave us a few options. We had multiple contractors come out Augustine was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive but the fact that the owner was hands on and we dealt with him was great. He explained everything thoroughly and he offered us the best package deal."

"The crew did great work and got the roof done in 2 days despite a lot of wood replacement. 2 days sun up to sun down and we are very pleased."

"We had some floorboards buckle in our basement due to an unknown source of water. Jeff Dahlgren was fantastic and very helpful in helping us figure out the problem and his repairs were great (after having to dig up concrete and cap off a mysterious open pipe that came out of nowhere). He also did some other things (repairing drywall, installing new fixture and faucet), was on time, professional, clean, and friendly. It's really hard to work in a home wearing a mask and keeping things clean and tidy during pandemic, minimizing disturbance for kids in virtual school, and we really appreciate that."

"I called this company for a tile roof repair, and the service was outstanding. Quick response, efficient work, and my roof is back to its original condition."
