Then, the following day (after completion), Cory came to our home to inspect and make sure we were absolutely satisfied. Head and shoulders above any other home improvement service providers we have ever had!"

The Salesman we worked with, Scott Mavis, did a great job of showing us our options and helping us decide on the best solution for us. They really worked hard to meet our timeline to get the job done when we needed it done. Jimmy coordinated everything and did a great job of keeping us informed. The gentlemen who did the plumbing and installation were so pleasant, professional and did an outstanding job. "From beginning of tear down to installation of shower door took about a month. Nobody gave us this information upfront. Delays included one installer getting sick and ordering of door once the shower was ?done.? We don?t care for the very large drainage area in the middle of the shower floor. The walls of the shower look great and the chair is very nice. Great shower head!"

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

"Julian and his crew were professional, highly skilled contractors. I am so pleased with every aspect of the work he did for us. Our original request was for a complete bathroom remodel as I had broken my leg and wanted a walk-in shower with no lip. He was fully prepared to do this job and had many pictures of numerous jobs he had already completed. He does beautiful work. We elected not to go through with the big job and decided upon replacing the flooring in our two bathrooms. He was very happy to do the smaller job even though we had started with the remodel request and did not complain about the fact we had found a more economical way to accommodate my leg. I have already hired him for two separate jobs which he has completed beautifully. I will definitely call him for any other repair jobs we may need, large or small."
