Dave arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment and, because we have a weird sense of humor, we told him to wait outside until the appointed time but, of course we let him in and he laughed. He has a great sense of humor, courteous, friendly and very thorough. He placed doorway protectors so his hoses wouldn't scratch the molding. It's been 3 years since we had our rugs cleaned (not by Dave) and when Dave finished (even though the rugs are still damp), the area and runner rugs we purchased 10 years ago look like they are brand new. "<p>First, I had used this same company previously to do the tiles in my kitchen and was very pleased with the professionalism of the representative and with the work that was done.  The tiles, and especially the grout, were in sore need of cleaning.  He did the work and gave me advice on how to maintain them.</p> <p>This second visit to do the bathroom/toilet and shower was very different.  To start with the representative traipsed water all over the hardwood floor from his equipment and then walked in it.  The tiles in the bathroom and toilet were quite clean.  I was more concerned with the ones in the shower.  The work in the shower was less than satisfactory and when I commented on it his only response was that perhaps the whole floor should be removed and replaced.  He did replace some grout for which I was charged an extra $26.50.  When I commented (complained) about the water on the floor he took a rag and wiped up the wet spot but didn't touch the area that was dirty from where he had walked.  When I told him that I was unhappy with the work, his comment was "I wiped the floor, didn't I"  </p> <p><br /></p> I am not used to getting service of this quality from the companies on Angie's list. <br />"
