"I called first thing on a Monday morning to schedule a specific time and date for a repair and was told by the office that they would call Brian (the owner and technician) on his cell and he would call me back. He promptly returned my call and we worked out a service time and date that fit my schedule. His schedule was full for Monday but he offered to come on Tuesday. I wasn't available that day so we scheduled the service call for for a small window of time on Wednesday afternoon when I was home from work. About 15 minutes before he arrived on Wednesday, he called to say he was on his way. Brian quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator and gave me a couple scenarios on what the fix might entail. It was either just the motor was bad or the motor and the motherboard had been compromised. Luckily, only the motor that ran the fan was blown and he had a replacement motor in his truck. Lucky for me because GE makes about 18 different motors for their refrigerators. He was able to replace the motor in less than 20 minutes. I was very pleased with the high level of professionalism. He explained what he was doing all along the way and gave me insight on different issues with refrigerators. "Old refrigerator quit and we wanted to replace (compressor which cost approx half of new refrigerator.)  On recommendation of our repairman we called Sargents.  Wendy at Sargents took the information about the new refrigerator we wanted.  She around to find the exact model we wanted, but it would take about a week and a half for the refrigerator to be delivered.  We decided  to order it and wait about a week and a half for delivery (only a tiny refrigerator in the garage and a cooler, but we made it through.)  Wendy told me she would put us on the list for delivery on Tuesday, April 28 and would call me.  On Tuesday, I was too anxious and called Wendy.  It did arrive at their site, and after a little back and forth, Wendy agreed to have it delivered that day and not on Wednesday. The deliveryman, Chris, was wonderful:  very personable, able to remove our old refrigerator to his truck and bring in the new one by  himself.  He installed it and made sure there were no leaks.  We also were given a large bottle of Stainless Steel cleaner and shiner which works like a charm. <br /> <br /> <br />"
