I opted for the upgraded unit and by 12:30 the same day the technician arrived to install a new water heater. The installation took about 2 1/2 hours and the workmanship is excellent. Ryan was excellent and even came back after I removed the old tank box/stand, had some drywall repair and painting done, to re-route the pressure relief pipe straight down which had been routed around the old tank box.
