"There was a scheduling mix-up where my service call was accidentally scheduled for a different day. I called the phone number and the person on the phone (I think Jamie?) apologized for the mix-up and promised to get someone out to my house today. Judd showed up around 4pm and immediately identified the cause of my problems to be a clogged main line. Unfortunately the clearing of the line wasn't as easy as expected. Judd ended up spending several hours working to make sure the line was cleared and that everything was draining properly. Job well done!"

"I was surprised, after calling other plumbers in Baldwin County, that the first positive responder was 30 minutes away in Mobile. The problem occurred  <strong>2 days</strong> <strong>before Christmas</strong>, and, unlike others, Advanced Plumbing dispatched Mr. Franklin to us within a few minutes. When he arrived, he identified the problem (we have a somewhat complicated septic system with aerator, pump to above-grade field lines, and a 1977 main drain system), and removed the blockage (as well as explained the whys and wheres of it); and finally checked the rest of our system. He had them return to replace the water hoses to the faucets when he replaced the flooring and 2 vanities. Also, I had a small leak in one of the pipes under my mobile which they repaired."
