Get matched with top major renovation multiple room pros in Simi Valley, CA

"We interviewed many contractors for this job. In the end, it boiled down to the good rapport with Nathan. On the plus side, his work is beautiful and his workers always showed up as promised. He never quibbled about some concerns we had throughout. But, we were up sold some work, (which we likely needed anyway) but were under the gun to make a decision and had to haggle under those conditions. Also, he sometimes requires multiple messages to get a response. Overall, very, very pleased with results and recommend to anyone."

"Golan and his team at H&A My Design just completed a major project including dining room repair after mold damage, new lighting for living room and kitchen, flooring for entryway, painting of entire downstairs area and kitchen remodel. I am especially pleased with the efficiency of the kitchen and the beauty of the new cabinets. All the workers were professional and courteous. Attention to detail was high on their list."

"This is the third job Gino has done at our house. First was fireplace, flooring, and painting (see my review from August 2019). Next was the entire kitchen (see my review from August 2020), and now the master bathroom. We’ve been working with Gino for years now, and eventually he will have redone my entire house. What more can I say? Repeat customer several times says it all!"

"Their skilled craftsmen transformed our dated living room into a beautiful open-concept space. They removed the load-bearing wall safely, installing a massive support beam flawlessly."

"Revised review: Here is a review for you: Ouri and his team were outstanding partners in renovating my home. The scope of work included removing load-bearing walls, repairing extensive dry rot and termite damage, building a brand new kitchen, installing new flooring, relocating a laundry room, new electrical and paint. Ouri is honest, kind, and completely on top of all scheduling. He was very good about explaining everything and was patient with all the change orders I had. Pricing was very fair. His team was professional and they are very hard workers. They were able to see my vision for the design and make it happen. I highly recommend working with Ouri and I will definitely be calling him again for any further work in the future."

"We hired House R Us for a complete indoor and outdoor renovation, needless to say we were very satisfied with their service."

"Construction Masters made my bathroom & laundry room renovation spiffy in less time than they anticipated, and it turned out beautifully. What a pleasure to deal with a contractor whose interest aligns with mine! Moshe & his team rock!"

"The team at Trig builders designed and remodeled the most stunning environment imaginable at our house. The quality of the materials that they used are top-notch and it’s the first thing that our guest see when they come over to visit. The custom made cabinets were made from a solid wood and custom stain and most of all, all the hardware is the most outstanding finish. For this whole remodeling to be high quality inside and out is exactly what we wanted to get in this remodeling. Besides writing about it, we can state that our meetings with Yossi prior the work and during the work was excellent as well. Yossi was very professional when it comes to work issues and his vision on solving problems is much higher then we imagined. The billing and pricing was pretty fair and the office staff that handled our project, were very nice and polite as well. We highly recommend them to anyone who is considering any type of remodeling."

"We did our bathroom renovation through Green Renovation California that was a great experience they were always on time and did explain us every step of the way I highly recommend this company and we are very happy with the result the timing was actually very good in the bathroom looks like brand new they also made an additional room for us for storage and that was a great addition to my house"

"I am very happy with the primary bathroom remodel Pine Tree Design and Construction completed for me. It was a gut remodel and they guided me through the process of selecting and ordering all the tile for the shower and floors as well as the countertop for the vanity. The cost of the project was fair compared to other contracting companies. Everyone working on the project, from the lead guy to the head electricians and plumbers were extremely thoughtful, skilled and honest. I would definitely work with them again when I'm ready to renovate my kitchen and other bathrooms."
