"I called on March 2nd about 6:30 in the evening for an emergency call to reset the garage door because a roller had come off. The guy arrived about 9:50 p.m.  It took him less than 30 minutes which was great.  He told me they needed to come back to complete the job to replace all the rollers and we agreed that Saturday was best and he would let the dispatcher know.  No one contacted me for that Saturday appointment.  I waited a few days and then forgot about it because I was going out of town.  When I got back in town a week later, I called and was given an appointment for 9:00 a.m. on the 17th.  The person setting the appointment told me it was a firm appointment time.   Due to my work schedule, I had a friend come over to my house to give the repairman access to the garage. The repairman didn't show up until NOON.  I called to complain to a manager at the company but was put on hold for so long that I hung up.  I never spoke to a manager.  The cost for this job was $400 which I paid the night of the emergency repair.  I paid by check.  Had I known what the service would be like, I would have paid by credit card so I could contest the charge and the service.  I will not be using this company again.  The work product is good but the punctuality and professionalism for the price speaks volumes. Hence, the poor marks."

"WOW. It went VERY well. I knew what I wanted, and these guys were able to tell me why I couldn't do what I wanted, and then gave me options on what I *could* do based on how my house was built. They very easily could have done exactly what I asked (which I was willing to pay extra for), but it would not have left me with a safe installation. These guys had such integrity, they were incredible. The next time I have equipment I need to have installed or mounted, I will go right to them. OH and the quality of the work was INCREDIBLE. Super, super happy with them!"

"I was very impressed with GDW, from contact to completion they were accessible at all time. I received a call as a reminder of the work scheduled, on the day of service they were timely, began work at the schedule agreed time. If anything changed other than what we discussed I was notified in advance of these issues or concerns. However these concerns never arose and my job went off without a hitch. Mr Hunt was a great source of contact and knowledge I'm so glad that I chose the Garage Door Whispers to replace my garage door. I recommend them highly, I rarely, rarely hand out five stars because I always say there's room for improvement this time I broke my own rule."

"We contracted for this work in June 2014.  At the time, HRR Services was doing other work on our home, and Phillip (the manager) encouraged my husband to use HRR for the A/C replacement.  We were told that the replacement would be in after a week, two weeks at the most.  Because we were assured a quick installation and were told that the installation would not interfere with the other work going on at the house, we agreed.  We went through almost all of July, over a month, before the new unit was installed.  And this happened only after I followed up multiple times with Phillip.  Phillip first told me that his installer was busy, and then wasn't returning phone calls.  Phillip ended up using one of his crew members to install the unit.  Though the installation went smoothly, it took away from time that the crew could have been spending on the other repairs to the house. And after the unit was installed it needed repairs.  Those were addressed promptly after we notified HRR.
HRR would receive a better rating overall if not for the significant delay in installation and the unreliability of its outside AC installer.  We did like the crew member (Marcus) who ended up performing the installation."
