"We cannot recommend this company enough. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Sam and Ben came out to give us a quote in a timely manner and showed up as scheduled. Both were so friendly and willing to quote us numerous projects were wanting to have done in the future. The quote for removing a board where a 2nd story deck was, adding siding in its place, removing the second story outside lights and fixing trim on a window we had put in was 1/3 the price of another company who quoted us just for the siding part alone. The other company told us they would have to replace the siding from the ground all the way up to where the board was attached to the house but this company said that wasn’t necessary. Sam and Ben made us feel important and like no job was too small and they seemed happy to get our business and we’re very professional yet down to earth and didn’t mind laughing and joking around. Once we agreed for them to do the work, they were very prompt to let us know what day the team would come to do the work, even working around our work schedules to make it work for us. The team member who came to do the work, Daniel was excellent! He was extremely nice as well and worked all day on the job. When he went to put the siding on he notified us that Home Depot had given him the wrong siding instead of what was ordered so he had to go back to get the correct siding but we were really impressed that instead of rescheduling the remainder of our job (because he still had another one after us) he came back with the correct siding and continued to work until our house was complete. Sam and Ben even stopped back by the day the work was being completed to ensure we were happy with the work that had been done and made sure there were no issues. From start to finish everything went better then with any other company we have hired to do jobs for us in the past. I don’t think we will ever go with any other company now going forward for work we need done. You can’t beat perfection! Thanks again to the whole team. "House was originally painted in 2006.  Advertising from company says paint lasts a lifetime, but unfortunately it doesn't....Nothing lasts a lifetime and warranty is only good for owners at the time of service.  With our initial telephone call I was told that the person I needed to schedule with was out of the country for 2 weeks and they would have him call me upon his return.  After almost 3 weeks, he didn't call so I had to call the office back.  The process of getting him out to look at the areas that needed to be touched up took several more weeks, each time with me calling the office.  This was also very frustrating since the only person that could help me worked part-time, so it was hit or miss to reach her when I called, and it was hit or miss for her to return my telephone calls.  After several weeks I was finally told the painter would be out on a certain day to do the work.  He and I walked around the house so I could show him the areas.  It was kind of a wasted effort as he missed spots I pointed out.  During the initial painting in 2006, the garage windows (2) were not painted at all.  He took care of those, as well as having to repaint 3 kitchen windows....All the windows that were done were painted shut AGAIN!
