"Last fall, I set out to replace an aging oil fired boiler with a modern gas fired unit. I bought the boiler itself and laid out and fitted most of the plumbing, but I still needed help with the gas piping and the final reconnection of the new and old systems.
Peter Johnson was the perfect fit for my project. He came over to my house, looked at what I had done, offered suggestions on some changes -- for example, to move the make-up water valve closer to the boiler -- and came back to work when I could be there as well. It took us less than a day to finish the job and get the heat back on. He also helped me with getting the proper permits from the City and in dealing with the inspector.
Peter used to work in New England where boilers rather than forced hot air furnaces are the norm so he was very familiar with my heating system. He even loaned me some of his tools -- very large pipe wrenches and an invaluable pipe vise -- that are needed to deal with large black iron pipe, and taught me the best ways to assemble sections of black iron. On the job, Peter is easy to work with and even listens to WCQS.

 I recently began having problems with existing water heater.   Went to Angie's List  and started looking for a plumber.   After reading reviews I selected 2 plumbing companies to discuss my issues.   3/19/16, I selected and sent emails to both companies, explaining the problem.   Within 10 Minutes I received a response from Zack Scabo, ALL WAYS PLUMBING.  Zack discussed the possible solutions.   3/20, sent email to Zack with Serial # and Model # of my water heater.  3/21, called Zack and made an appointment for him to come out on 3/22 and drain the heater  to see if that could remedy the problems.  Zack determined the cause of the problem and proceeded to research a replacement part.   Discovered the part was no longer available.   I decided it was not a good idea to delay the inevitable, and asked Zack to give me a cost for replacement of the water heater.   He ordered the new heater and came out on 3/25 and installed the new heater. 

I could not ask for more professional, honest and friendly service.   The new heater is working wonderfully.   I will certainly call ALL WAYS Plumbing with any plumbing needs in the future.

We had others look at the job, but some contractors had no desire to even attempt it, as it is a tight space and surrounded by tile. Chad jumped right in and diligently got us fixed up! "Ty was wonderful. He returned my call within minutes and was able to come out that evening t deal with the immediate problem of the leak. He removed the wet drywall and cleaned up the damage, as well as the room he worked in. When he was finished for the night, the space was clean instead of covered in drywall dust. He arranged to come back to complete the repair a week later - the delay was in part to let the damaged area fully dry and in part my own schedule. He came back on the scheduled day, on time, and replaced my shower floor and completed the repair. It looks fantastic!
