"Fantastic! We had hired a handyman from SMAP ( send me a pro ) to install a new bathroom door for us and he did such a terrible job that the door would not even close. Hg came out and corrected the situation so we now have a perfectly functioning door. We now know who to recommend , and who not to recommend, when work needs to be done."

"Jay came out looked at the issue and gave me a quote to fix it. He was professional and so was his employee. They came a few days later fixed the issue with precise and increíble workmanship and kept me infomed the entire time. They cleaned up when done and stayed exactly on his original quote. No surprises or tons of extra costs. Very professional and I would absolutely hire him and his crew again. I highly recommend this company to anyone."

"Excellent. The quote was reasonable, they were prompt and arrived on time and worked until they identified the source of the leak, and provided excellent workmanship in the repair work."

"Amazing! He had it loaded and ready to go before I made it to the property to pay him. Very professional and reasonably priced. I would/will call SC Maintenance and offer them the opportunity before anyone else!"

"Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. In the end we received a very good paint job on a timely basis and at a competitive price. I have already recommended Mike's Painting to others in my neighborhood and would use him again for future painting needs.

"Paul Bushey was very courteous and professional. Communication was perfect before, during and after the job. He was able to diagnose and fix our sliding door rather quickly. Fixing that door made a world of a difference for a special someone in our life. We will definitely hire again!!!!"

"We had a load-bearing wall removed between living room and den, added window in living room, expanded existing opening from kitchen to den, removed closet in kitchen and installed new door to screen porch. The wall removed involved plumbing and electrical. I was very explicit about what I wanted done. Matt added his valued input and provided a detailed scope of work. All work was done in a neat, professional manner and all employees were hard working, well trained, diligent and just nice people to have work in your home. Finished carpentry work excellent and integration of old and new flooring was amazing. Change orders were clear and fairly priced. Final project results were first class. Definitely will hire for next remodeling project ."

"This team was professional throughout the entire process. They did a very thorough job identifying the cause of the mold. They gave a very fair estimate and did what had to be done. I appreciated being informed during the process with pictures and texts. It was a very difficult job that was done very professionally. I would hire them again without hesitation."

"Great . . . installed blinds expertly. Very personable. Will hire him for other handyman tasks in the near future."

"Excellent work. Replaced storm door on the same day the job was requested. Very competent and made sure everything met my satisfaction. A sl8ght problem with the lower door seal came up the next morning. Called them and Jarad said they fully guaranteed their work and they would be out on Monday (called on Saturday morning)morning to correct the problem. Had some problems with the credit care payment going through the processor, but Jarad was extremely patient and cooperative in fixing the problem. Overall, I highly recommend C&S Construction & Handyman Services for any jobs you have."
