"Derek responded to my calls when others wouldn't and came out punctually. Over the course of four days he worked to discover a major water leak in our system. Once he realized we had an old, decaying underground system tied in to a newer, exposed pipe system, he worked to cut off the old system by repiping. He also ran new lines to outdoor water faucets that were connected to the old underground system.
Throughout, Derek and his fellow employee were professional and responsive. Highly recommended.

"Brock came to my house and inspected the areas for painting and repair & I could tell immediately that he had a lot of knowledge and experience with drywall repair and painting. He gave me the estimate within 20 min. of his visit. He was professional and easy to work with, asking questions about the work. Due to a death in his immediate family the following week, the work had to be postponed for a week. Brock stayed in touch with me during this time. He came with his crew of 3 painters, and even though 2 of the guys did not speak much English, it was easy to communicate with 1 of them. They knew what they were doing and began work immediately upon arriving, covering my furniture and walls thoroughly to avoid damage. The work took 2 days, but would have taken 1 day, due to my indecision on paint color. Brock met me at the paint store to look at paint and worked with me to make a decision (I was impressed with his knowledge about paint colors and tints). Brock came by numerous times to check on the crew and with me to make sure everything was being done to my satisfaction. When the work was completed, the crew cleaned up thoroughly. I will call Intouch for any future home improvements I may need & highly recommend them. Brock is all about customer satisfaction, and that is very hard to find these days.

"Following the receipt of the written estimate and our reading of the estimate, all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. The sales consultant, Roland Rojas went over the proposal and explained in detail what we would be receiving and he addressed each and every point that we raised regarding the equipment. We found him very helpful and patient with our questions and thoroughly professional throughout the proposal and installation process. He worked to our convenience when scheduling the job and addressed in a timely fashion, each of the questions we had during, and following the actual installation, once it had been completed. This was was accomplished with the least amount of disruption to our schedule The appointment to install the system was kept promptly and the installation crew conducted themselves professionally and answered any ongoing questions that we had during the installation. "They were able to come to give an estimate an hour after I called, and showed up on time.. Underneath the house was difficult to access, but they went under. The receptionist had told me that there would be a $50 diagnostic charge that would be applied to the cost of repair if the repair was done. One of the gentlemen said the diagnostic cost would be $75 because they had to go under the house, but when I told them what the receptionist said they only charged $50. They agreed to come at 8:00 the next business day, and showed up on time. They replaced the pipe, cleared a drain for the washer, connected the washer, and cleared a slow draining sink. They agreed to come to another location to get the check when I couldn't meet them at the property, and sent a receipt via email with a written 2 year warranty on the work. They did not want to honor the 5% discount from Angie's list, since they were already paying Angie's List for the referral, but I didn't argue because I did not present them with the coupon when they did the estimate, as was indicated. In general, I was pleased with the work and happy to get the warranty. I later discovered that the father of two of the workmen had been my mother's plumber many years ago! They have a long history in the city, which is reassuring."
