"Do not use this company for electrical work. I had a breaker replaced today around 2:40 pm and by 4:45 pm I walked to the back of my house and smelled a strong smoke order. I found that an outlet was smoking and there was absolutely nothing plugged into it or any other outlet in the room. I called conway immediately. I was told by the first agent that a service person would be back at my house between 6 pm and 9 pm tonight. Immediately after the call I received a text at 5:07 stating that my appointment has been scheduled for Thursday between 10 am and 2 pm. I called conway 4 additional times to request that someone come out tonight for safety reasons. Every time the representatives told me that they were escalating my request. What that means is my emergency was not their issue. Finally at 7pm I called again and was told by an agent that no one would be able to come tonight and they were escalating my request to have someone to come in the morning. Not only did the phone agents lie"

"The person performing the service had to make several trips because one of the "new" parts turned out to be faulty. I found both Complete Protection and their local repair contractor to be both very responsive and totally professional at every stage of the repair process."

"Where to start? First, I would rate him zero out of 5 if I could. This problem I?ve had since February and he refuses to contact me or get back in touch with me for a problem he created. I will never hire this person again because he is so unprofessional. My tankless water heater has been malfunctioning?. The hot water turns cold after a few minutes?. Both in the shower and when washing dishes. I don?t like taking a cold shower, and I bet Cody wouldn?t be happy about taking a cold shower every day. This happens EVERY TIME I get in the shower. Another time when he responded, he said he would try to contact the manufacturer. Still no update. Now he won?t respond at all! I?ve gotten several people to contact him as well and he will respond once or twice then nothing after that. This is so unprofessional and should be rectified asap!"

"Was told when called of the 120.00 rate. Turned out to be about 1000.00 for at tops of 2.5 hours for a frost free outside faucet in which they actually broke during capping. I would not trust this company to handle a plumbing problem."

"The project went very well, and we are very pleased with the final product. A large master bathroom and office were added on to the master bedroom. The current master bath was flipped around, so there was a second bathroom for the children. Kitchen cabinets were repainted in the process as well. The only hiccup was the plumber used. We had to eventually find our own because the regular one Tramco uses was delaying the project by not showing up at times."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
