"The person performing the service had to make several trips because one of the "new" parts turned out to be faulty. I found both Complete Protection and their local repair contractor to be both very responsive and totally professional at every stage of the repair process."

"Typical predatory business. I had them out to service my water filter (takes about 15 minutes but costs over $300) and test the water (an additional $100 to collect a water sample). They take the filter off and say there’s bacteria in it, the whole system could be bad, I need to replace everything except the filter tank and water tank. To do this with an “adequate” setup will only cost $2400, but to do it with the recommended setup will cost about $3500. I ask if they can send me those quotes in writing and just reinstall the filter for now. Nope, because that could make them “liable”. They quoted me $1000 just to turn my water back on without the filter. There was bacteria in my water because when THEY installed the filter in 2018, they installed the drainage pipe flush on the ground with no slope. Since I know they can’t be trusted to do the work right, the warranty on everything newly installed is pretty useless. I don’t want them near my property. Oh and after the work was done, they actually wanted $2700."
