"The owner of Ariat Roofing and his son came out a couple days after we called and provided us a detailed estimate for either a repair of the leaking area of our roof or a complete replacement of the felt and broken tiles. The repair estimate came with a 2 year guarantee and the replacement with a 10 year guarantee. They also said they would come out and remove tiles as needed when the house needed exterior painting. We went with the complete replacement since our roof was almost 30 years old and the old felt was brittle and we were having leaks. The estimate was for a 3 to 3.5 day job. The crew showed up when scheduled and worked through the day. They cleaned up the area each day and even looked for any nails that fell off the roof as they removed the tiles. They finished in about 3.5 days. All the metal flashings and edging on the roof was replaced. The felt is double thick and it is overlapping. The replacement flashing, edging, and the felt were all heavier duty or quality than the original. Overall, I was very pleased with the workmanship and in fact the roof looks much better than the original. Also, the tiles are much better secured to the roof than before this work was done."

"I am very happy I hired this company to paint my house, it took them a total of 3 days to complete the job. The crew was very professional and moved planter boxes and replaced them to there original location. What I like the most about the service is the supervisor came by after the work was completed and did a quality control walk-a-round to ensure everything was completed correctly, I am very happy with the service and highly recommend this company if you are looking to have your home painted, outstanding job."

"Nevada Exteriors did a great job on my roof. My roof suffered from a windstorm back in March of 2024. The roofers worked with my insurance company. They brought the materials, and began work the following day. Within three days they were finished. Ryan Thomas and Amanda Sanchez were great. They both are A+ Excellent in customer service. They were able to explain the many questions I had regarding the roof repair process and explain the details with my Insurance company. When a concern came-up, they quickly responded. Nevada Exteriors also did work on many of my neighbors roofs that also suffered damage from that same bad wind storm. I would recommend this roofing company."

"I would have to say that DaBella Exteriors could use a little more emphasis on the customer service side. The salesman, Adam lifter was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about a roof replacement. He helped us pick the perfect color for our roof. He also explained the whole DaBella roofing process. He was so easy to deal with that I really wanted DaBella to do our roof. Unfortunately, we had a few bumps along the way when dealing with the office staff. They were unorganized and treated us poorly. However, in the end, DaBella came through and we ended up with a beautiful roof. I could not be happier. Grummett Construction was the company that eventually did our roof. They were excellent. I could not be happier. They are the company who DaBella hooked us up with. The roof replacement was done efficiently and professionally. Cody Crummett is the person who helped us. He is excellent."

I had what I considered a pretty serious roof leak over my garage.  I picked the Roof Repair Experts because of their great reviews and honestly, the $350 dollar roof leak repair deal made the choice easy.  I didn't have to have a quote done (which means take a day off of work) and then have another day off to do the repair.

Javier showed up in the morning and had a pretty good idea what was causing my leak.  He quickly removed a bunch of roof tiles, found the rotted out underlayment that was rotting b/c of my pine tree, replaced the underlayment, and sealed everything up better than new.

He then proceeded to put all of my tiles back, sealing them so they didn't slide out, and even added sealer to the metal drain valley to ensure that no water went under the new underlayment.

This was quality service.  I know they do A/C work too and you bet I'll call them in the fall when I plan to replace the second A/C unit in my house.

"I hired this company to do a roof for me on a rental property and in two days they were finished with the roof. Their clean up is absolutely amazing and fast. They are very professional and outstanding people that work at this company. Will hire again. Outstanding job guys thanks… for the help."

"I hired Ariat to repair my concrete tile roof due to several leaks that had developed. Even though they were swamped with a surge of work due to recent rainy weather, they were able to come out quickly to survey my problems and offer their proposal for problem resolution. It was a comprehensive repair including removal of existing tiles, refelting, installing all new flashings, and reinstalling the tiles. The work crew showed up exactly when they said they would, they were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the job. I've always worried about hiring a roofer I could trust, and I'm glad to say I'd recommend these guys to anybody needing roof work done. I will certainly call them again if I have problems in the future."

"Once the provider arrived the appointed went as intended.  He scaled the roof where my dryer vent is located.  He unclogged my vent very quickly and replaced the cover to the vent that tiles workers had left off one year ago when replacing the roof tiles.  He also replaced my inside dryer vent connection between the machine and wall.  I was very pleased with the work he did.  My dryer is running more efficiently.  This is the second time I used this company and I am very pleased with there work.  I will use this company again.
