"I called Arid when my sump pump that the previous owner left died during a rain storm. I spoke with Pat, who was extremely responsive, honest, and professional. Pat was very understanding as I explained that water had come up into the basement through the sump well. He sold me on a primary and backup pump system with battery backup and sent his crew out to my home that day. The installation took about 40 min and 20 min after the pump was installed, the water levels dropped back to normal. I have already hired Arid again to come back and perform a liner install around the pump and will look to Pat and his team in the future for all my basement waterproofing needs."

"+Tim was the only pro who contacted me and made an appointment to inspection the house foundation and driveway adjacent to the foundation where the leaking was occurring. He looked at the pitch of the yard behind the house and from the driveway to the house. After a thorough inspection outside the house, he and his son Jake went into the basement to see where the water leaking was most prevalent. Following these two inspections he made verbal recommendations to correct the problems . He followed this up with written proposal for the work, along with a cost estimate. After receiving this, I sent him a detailed email with questions about the proposal, which he promptly answered, to my satisfaction and I agreed to have him do the work. On the agreed start date, he was on time with his excavator and crew of 2 to start the project. Weather was a factor and I was amazed how quickly they did the foundation repair, built a temporary wooden step with small deck into the back door of the house and laid the underground conduit for the electric power to the garage. There have been several heavy rain falls since this project was completed and the water leak is gone. The driveway project is scheduled for Spring 2020 when the weather will be more conducive to replacing the driveway. They finished on time and left the home clean. So, when I was looking personally to have basement waterproofing (interior french drains and sump pump) along with radon mitigation, I received 3 quotes, of which theirs was the most comprehensive plan, and again not the highest quote overall. They finished the work ahead of schedule by bringing four workers the second day, were respectful throughout and left the area reasonably clean. He installed a belgium block border on my driveway, and his work was extremely neat and clean. Willie also put top soil/seed in a section on my yard, and cleaned out brush and leaves behind my shed and completed everything perfectly. Willie is very responsive and willing to listen and give advice about anything landscape related. His price is very fair and he keeps the customer in mind throughout the whole job. "Fausto and his team were great! I would have no hesitation in using them again. I had the attic space of a two-family building insulated with blown-in cellulose. I had already used Tigasi Home Improvement for a smaller Rockwool basement ceiling job and they were very reasonable in price, thorough and clean so I turned to them for this project. Again they gave me what I thought was a reasonable quote for removing old insulation, sealing gaps and then insulation, and Fausto explained the process well. He was very patient and understanding with my tenants' concerns, as access was via a drop down ladder in one unit's hallway. I also wanted an extended platform for storage in the attic and they were able to sort this out for a reasonable price.The team kept the job site extremely tidy and they were pleasant throughout.
