Hello my name is Aj I live in the Raleigh area but are more than willing to go the distance for a job.. my Dad actually had me working a warehouse job when I was 15 so I’m great with furniture assembly, moving appliances, fixing appliances like an oven or a washer and dryer machine. I get my work done in a timely manner to get out your way but I also do my work do my work more diligently than anybody else. Anything you need I’m willing to learn about it and help resolve the problem.

"My dryer had stopped running right at Christmas of 2016, so I called Brendan at ARK Appliance Repair Service to come diagnose the problem and fix it. He responded to my initial phone message within a few days, we set up an appointment for early January 3, 2017, and he came to the house at the set time to diagnose the problem. He determined that the dryer needed a new motor, quoted me a price, and ordered the part. Brendan did ask for full payment up front so he could order the part. When the part came in, he gave me a call and we set up a time for him to come and install the motor. Brendan installed the motor on Jan. 13, 2017, checked to make sure the dryer ran properly, cleaned up, and explained that he gives a 90 day warranty on the parts and labor if any issues arose. Brendan was always very polite, professional, courteous, and competent. The reason I will not hire him again, though, is because I could not get him to come back to check an unusual high pitched whirring noise in the dryer. When I called and left a message a couple weeks after installation to request that he come check the noise, he called back once and left a message. I then e-mailed and called several times, but he never again replied to my phone calls or e-mail messages. Since Brendan would not respond to my messages, the 90 day warranty is worthless, so I will not hire him again."
