The receptionist was again courteous and professional, and Brad called me a few minutes later to tell me he was on his way back. He again explained that the part he installed was supposed to be "universal", but my toilet brand was just different enough that he would need to get a part from his supplier. He replaced the plug with my old one (wasn't part of the original problem) and promised the company will call me back as soon as the part arrives and he will be back out to replace it.
