"I recently contacted Mr. Hartman about a window that my tenants had broken. I have not had to deal much with broken windows and I had not realized that the window could be repaired so easy. Mr. Hartman stopped by my property quickly to make an assessment, he determined the window was fine and did not need to be replaced. When I spoke with him on the phone he was was quick to let me know that it would be an easy repair and told me I could take the bottom sash to a local business to have it repaired and provided me with the contact information.
