Guy was wonderful, extremely flexible, did not charge me for 2 service calls even though he had to come to my home twice on the same day to remove and replace the hot water heater while working around the floor installer. If he had not agreed, on less than 24 hour notice, to attend to the hot water heater I would have had to wait almost 2 weeks before the floor installer was available again. He is very professional, does quality work and truly lives up to his NICE GUY name. His prices are very competitive and he goes out of his way to work with the customer. I'm not sure any other plumber would have done what he did and charge the customer for only 1 service call given he had to come to my home twice in order for me to accommodate installer for my kitchen floor. I have a couple of leaking faucets to fix and I will certainly be calling NICE GUY PLUMBING after I complete the rest of my big projects."

"We have used A-1 since we purchased our home and they have done the yearly inspections. Any noticeable termite activity was always promptly take care of. We recently had them redo the whole house exterior treatment when more termite activity was noticed. The tech that came out to do the inspection and treatment seemed very knowledgeable and was very thorough. Overall we are very happy with the work provided."

I had 2 other plumbers before Awesome and they couldn't fix it, I thought I was going to forever have to stand in dirty water while I took a shower b/c it drains so slow! But Judeah went above and beyond, running all over for the right parts, and since this is a 100 year old house it wasn't easy with these old pipes but the drain and the leak are good as new now! "Called company and they were able to send someone out that day. Person I spoke with mentioned a $65 fee to diagnose the washer and ~$30 something to diagnose issue with dishwasher. I agreed. Tech came out on time and was able to quickly identify the issue with the washer (shocks needed to be replaced at a cost of $244). He then took a look at the dishwasher and fixed it on the spot within 5 minutes (the dishwasher was falling slightly out when you pulled out rack and he just had to raise the feet of the dishwasher). He said the cost to repair the dishwasher was $65 because there were no parts used. I thought I should be charged the ~$30 something fee. But he explained that was the policy so I reluctantly paid. 
The part for the washer was to take a few days and they were able to fix the washer once the part came in. Overall, I was pleased that they were able to fix the problems promptly and the tech was friendly and knowledgeable, but thought I should not have been charged so much for fixing the dishwasher, especially after I was told the service charge was $30 something for the second appliance they were to diagnose.

"Just one tech took 2.5 – 3 hours to perform checkup. They always find something to fix or spend more money on. They leave area clean. The last time they were here, they had left something electrical unplugged. I had to call another company to have heat."
