"After I requested possible companies from Angi, I promptly received quite a few possibilities. I selected three to provide estimates for the job. All 3 responded and provided estimates with detailed information about their products and services. I made a choice (Complete Exteriors) based on perceived quality, price, and schedule. I promptly received a response from Mike of Complete Exteriors providing additional details and a price breakdown. The job was completed in one day, yesterday, after about a week due partially to inclement weather. I was effectively kept informed of the progress and the need for the additional plywood (I knew 3-4 sheets were needed; 8 in total were replaced). The job was completed mid-afternoon. The results look beautiful! They also provided me with photos of the damaged plywood while still in place on the roof, details pf the progress, and the completed job from on the roof. I am completely happy with their work and their results, as well as their price."

It was a great experience from start to finish --- beginning with the estimator using drone footage to show us areas that needed to be replaced. We found the prices to be competitive with other companies in the area and they were able to schedule the work at our convenience, which was nice. On the day of the job, the team arrived promptly and worked hard throughout the day. At one point it seemed like it would turn into a two-day job due to extra materials needed, but fortunately they were able to run out and get the materials. They worked up until the very last minutes of daylight to ensure that the job was completed on schedule and cleaned all the scraps/waste from our yard and driveway before leaving. I wanted a better quality window then he originally quoted and the difference in price was reasonable. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"George and his crew did an outstanding job! They were prompt, courteous, professional and really seemed to enjoy their work. George came to meet with us to estimate the work and provided us a quote within 1 business day. From estimate to completion, the team completed the job in 5 business days.
After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.
Overall, we were extremely happy with the quality of the work and would highly recommend George's painting to others!
