Monday was installing of toilet, vanity, closet and finish trim. Done, beautiful twenty seven gold stars."

"Louie did a fantastic job on remodeling our bathroom! He came to provide us with a free estimate and spoke with us about what we needed/wanted. He got back to us promptly with an estimate and a time frame of when he would be able to do the job. Louie did all the work himself and he was prompt, reliable, trustworthy, personable, and great at his job! Before beginning the job, Louie provided us with a clear time line of what he expected to be completed each day and he was always right on schedule. He replaced sheetrock on the walls, he installed a new medicine cabinet, he installed our new vanity, counter and sink, he installed our new sink faucet and shower fixtures, he replaced our floor moulding and trim, and he did a beautiful job tiling our bath and floor! As part of the job, he will be returning to install our shower door once we have our tub reglazed. It's clear that Louie takes pride in his work and he is happy when the customer is happy. We are thrilled with our remodeled bathroom thanks to Louie's amazing work! We will be calling Louie again for future jobs and we would certainly highly recommend him to others!"

"We were extremely happy with the work performed by H&M. Moises, Hector and crew were courteous and did whatever needed to please us. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. "I was cleaning a towel bar and was too rough with it and it came off in my hand.  I called Norman and he asked me to send him a picture of it and i did.  He then got in touch with me and set up an appointment for a service tech to come and repair it.  When the service tech arrived he showed me I.D. and said he was sent by Norman from Homecraft and was here to fix the towel bar.  He was very courteous and i directed him to the bathroom upstairs. It only took the service tech named Frank ten or fifteen minutes to replace the towel bar. He cleaned everything up and was very professional.. I asked him the price for fixing it and he told me Norman said there would be no charge. Although Norman and his company built my dormered bathroom upstairs 6 years ago i was very happy that it was still warrantied. The bathroom looks great as does the kitchen downstairs Norman and his company did for me ten years ago. I still get compliments on both the kitchen and the bathroom .I  called Norman and thanked him. i still recommend Norman and Homecraft to anyone i speak with who needs any sort of work done in their house.
