"The original plan called for putting in interior braces to shore up the wall as there is a room over the exterior basement wall that needed repair, so anchor plates were likely to be problematic. Unfortunately, there was no choice but to use anchors due to the water drainage installed around the base of the basement. Bruce, CJ, and Kyle did not want to damage the drainage system by putting in interior braces, so they talked it over with their engineers to solve the problem. It was no easy task as they had dig very deep to get under the footers of the exterior room."

"I reached out them about a year ago to look at my basement. I needed help with an old existing waterproof system a different company had installed and also to have someone look at the foundation. Marty informed us that our old waterproof system was an open system and that we might have radon coming through it. Sure enough he was correct! We hired a radon specialist and he was able to install a mitigation system. Marty also inspected our walls and advised that our foundation is fine and we did not need anything done at this time. We hired Master Services on 2/16/21 (work done on 2/22/21) to install a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system in our home in Greeneville, TN. Nick is a terrific salesman. He is professional and does not push any unnecessary work. Brandon, Brandon and Jacob (I believe Jacob was our installers name - sorry if not), did such a tremendous job.
