He didn't try to upsell me or talk my ear off about his greatness. He wanted to know what I wanted and told me what he could to do best accomplish the job. He left me with samples and said let him know when I was ready. Prices were in-line with other vendors. 2) Excellent communication skills. My estimates came over clearly marked, easy to understand and clear break down. I knew what was going to happen next and when. I had to move the install date a few times and there were materials that were ordered. Communication was in sync and flowed over multiple channels easily. 3) Excellent quality of work and materials. The fibers were laid in the same direction so the color of the carpet looks the same when the light hits it. Stairs had the edge ribboned. No high/low spots and the carpet was stretched well, no tack marks. The guys worked very hard, I even offered to get them lunch; they refused and kept working. Cleaned up very good too.
