"Eric and his crew are the best! I had been stood up by a different installer who simply did not show up because he got a closer job, and requested by another to pay in advance which I refused to do. Eric saved the day! My install was quick, looks amazing, at a great price with no waste (saving me $$). For a small company their use of technology is impressive - I received a formal quote within minutes of my call, and a payment receipt upon completion. I give Eric and Bless Flooring my highest recommendation!!!"

"Jim was great, he took care of business. The installers were polite, but not wholly professional, that's why I gave a B. Needed more guidance on buying the right materials to avoid extra expenses and hassle. Overall did what was expected and when there was not sufficient adhesive in an area of the floor, they came back to inject additional adhesive into the area. It appears that it worked."

"The guys moved all the furniture/appliances out of the rooms, pulled up all the old flooring, laid the new vinyl plank flooring, including molding and caulking. They did whatever little things I noticed in the completed work. They moved all the furniture and appliances back into place. They were very nice, professional, and it was obvious they wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I really appreciate their solid work ethic, and politeness. When it comes time to do another flooring project, I will definitely be calling these guys."

"Seriously the best! First off, if you have an insurance claim call K&M. Long story short my toilets water line came loose and the entire first-floor flooring needed to be replaced. I contacted K&M and John (the consultant) was out in less than an hour, John was fantastic! John went over the whole process with me - he went over different flooring options, cost, timing, installation, and what to expect. John's communication was second to none, he was constantly updating me on my project. Next came install day - Crew chief Paulo and his crew rocked! Super nice guys, were obviously very experienced and fast! Once Paulo and his crew get started they don't stop, they knocked out my floors in a day, no joke, one day... And the floors look great!! I chose the "Aruba" color, I love it. Super durable and they look exactly like hardwoods. Best of all, John and his crew helped me deal with my insurance adjuster. Before I chose K&M my insurance adjuster was a complete nightmare; I'm lost when it comes to insurance claims. K&M took over my project and made my process 100 times easier and stress free. John and crew took care of everything; they fought with my insurance adjuster to upgrade my old carpeted floors to new LVP floors for next to nothing out of pocket. The whole process was stress free and I could not be happier. I don't normally leave reviews but I felt I needed to since this experience was so amazing. I will be recommending K&M, John, and Paulo to everyone; if you're looking to get new floors K&M needs to be at the top of your list."

"We hired Breakthrough Flooring to replace our old, damaged flooring after a minor plumbing leak, and the entire experience was a breath of fresh air. They worked seamlessly with our insurance claim timeline, provided a crystal-clear quote that matched our budget, and even gave us great advice on upgrading to a more durable waterproof LVP option. The installation crew was punctual, kept a tidy workspace every single day, and finished ahead of schedule. The floors look gorgeous, and the transition into our hallway is seamless. Truly a five-star team!"

"The Floors look really Great and carpet was installed on my stairs. The quality of work was impeccable, very efficient and the job done in one day for flooring and 2 hours for carpet installed on stairs Very thorough and clean. I love the finished results. Fernando had GREAT Customer Service which will take him a long ways in his business. I highly recommend Dumont for flooring."

"Rico did a great job refinishing existing hardwoods, removing carpet and installing new hardwoods. His team came to work as promised and were very professional. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them for future jobs."

"It was amazing. The communication was the best, I was struggling with how the floor was when I moved it and there was some broken pieces. I told them what I wanted & they brought it to life. Would definitely hire them again."

"I had a great experience overall with Footprints Floors Peachtree City. The flooring installation turned out amazing. The quality of the work really shows, and I’m very happy with how everything looks. That said, there were a couple of things that didn’t sit quite right with me. During the project, it was mentioned that removing the old floors took longer than expected, followed by a comment that they wouldn’t charge extra for it. That felt unnecessary, since the timing estimate should have been accounted for upfront. Also, I noticed a few small holes in the bathroom grout. It’s a small space and not a major issue, but something I think could have been tightened up a bit more. Overall, the final result looks great, and I’d still consider them for future projects, but a bit more attention to communication and finishing details would make the experience even better."
