"I am a repeat customer of G&B which in itself should say a lot. I have used G&B for drywall repairs, installing crown molding, wainscoting and painting. Without fail, the estimator comes at the appointed time, crews show up when scheduled, take time to protect furniture and other areas, perform the work and clean up before they leave. I recommend this company and will use them in the future. It is refreshing to find a company that takes pride in their work!"

"Exceptional workmanship. They were very professional and replaced entire deck floor and cared about their project. We consider ourselves lucky to have found them. He does it right!!!"

"They were punctual and thorough. Design was somewhat complex with a large pergola and when there were solutions that needed to be arrived at the communication was excellent. Quality of the construction is very high quality and precise. We have had a lot of work done on our house and one thing that seemed to be a common thread among contractors was that once the sub-contractors got started the contractor would leave. Often-times the subs would take advantage of this and cut corners or do sub-standard work that would have to be done over again. This was not the case with Southern Decks. The brothers that are owner-contractors and make sure that they are present at all times when work is being done. They are very accommodating when there are changes that come up and either do the work or communicate a very fair price for the extra work. They do not take advantage of being in the middle of a project to impose extra charges. The work on the deck infrastructure was so good in its integration with the structure of our house that some areas of the floors inside of the house were notably more stable. It is as if we also received work to further reinforce the subfloor in part of our house for free. I wish there was a way to post pictures here because the deck and pergola is really awesome looking. I would heartily recommend Southern Decks for your deck project."

"Southern Bell was great to work with! They helped us plan and replace our old deck with a new covered and screened in deck. We liked working with them so much that we also hired them to replace our roof and exteriors doors. They were efficient and used high quality materials. Our contractor and/or the owner came to inspect the project multiple times during the process and make sure we were happy with everything. Our new deck is perfect and we love spending time outside now. Thank you!"

"They were fabulous to work with! They did sidewalk repair, built new brick steps, new handrails and fencing across porch. They also repaired porch flooring. They were on time and professional. Would definitely use them again!"

"Moises repaired columns on my porch and painted both. He also repaired some window frames and painted them. He installed new cut off valves for my washer and fixed my shower valve in the bathroom. He needed a piece to fix the shower and had to come back a few days later."

"Jason did an excellent job on tearing down our 25 year old deck and building a larger us a larger one. The quality of his work is very high and had support under our deck not on the old one. He built special low rise steps for my wife since she is very short. He informed us of everything he was doing and let us know on rainy days when he could not be here. I would recommend him on his quality alone but he adds to this with his work ethic."

"He came and estimated the repair. He started on Friday and had it repaired by Saturday afternoon. He demonstrated very professional quality in the repair. He recommended that I waited least a month before i stain and sealed the deck repairs."

"Professional workmanship, ethical experience-based evaluation, exceptional customer service. Evans LLC, Inc. quickly responded to our request on “Angie’s” and asked for photos. Within 48hrs. a project manager arrived, patiently discussed our needs/concerns and made recommendations. He left us with a chart to select a paint colors. Our deck was restored using new wood in affected areas rather than totally replaced as some companies had suggested. Water damage on the bottom of an entry door frame was repaired rather than replaced. Kudos to Evan’s expert carpenter/painter. Our gutters and garage door glowed after pressure washing rather than painting. We decided to repaint our front porch railings and columns; a few years ago a previous painter did a poor job. We are pleased by our exceptional experience with Evans LLC, Inc. and are eager to “pass the word” to our family and friends."

"We had a courtyard wrought iron fence that was litterally falling down. I called Richard and he met me at the job site within the hour. He provided a very professional recommendation and quote for the repair. Richard Arnold and his crew had completed the repair within 2 days, with outstanding results. We could not be more pleased with our unique fence repair. I would strongly reccomend 3D Custom Welding. They are also very creative with custom iron design to satisfy personal identity requirements such as logos or custom iron artwork."
