He was able to offer a great price on the LVP of better quality than the home improvement stores as he has a direct account with a quality manufacturer. He quoted the least amount of project time and though I was skeptical at first, he completed the job in two days as promised. "Chris and team did an absolutely fantastic job on our flooring install. First we were delayed due to supply constraints on the flooring itself, but Chris stayed in contact with me and we worked together to ultimately find a date that worked. The job ended up not being easy as the old hardwoods downstairs were all nailed into the sub-floor and the kitchen cabinets were installed over them. This meant that Chris had a much tougher time getting the old floor out and had to cut around all the cabinets. The change in floor height meant that we had to lower all the baseboards downstairs. Ultimately we filled a 30 cubic foot dumpster with all of the old stuff! Chris and team went the extra mile on everything that I asked him to do, even some extra projects that popped up - he had no issue tackling them. The overall job spanned almost 2 work weeks. Putting LVP on stairs is never easy, but Chris did an amazing job and the stairs look fantastic. Everything was cleaned up, and all of the remaining flooring etc was put together neatly in the garage. The end result of everything was great! We are so happy with the flooring we chose, as well as the work that was put into installing it. "We utilized Luis and his crew to replace 14 windows. Luis is local and prompt to meet to discuss the project. He recommended a supply house for the windows that were priced better and the same if not better on quality and warranty. Luis supervised the whole job. His crew were not only professional and detailed on the installation but kept the job site clean. The new windows required modifying the interior molding but this was discussed ahead of time as a possibility. There was an increase in the initial price because of this but it wasn’t a surprise upsell. They did the job in 2 days and the quality of the work inside and out was properly done. I would recommend Luis Jimenez construction for consideration for any of your projects."

"My contractor was Deep Rooted Flooring and our contact was Christian. We were contacted by him and discussed replacing a floor around the commode in the bathroom. I asked him to view the project and give us an estimate. He was very quick with his estimate and made us aware of work that needed to be done in the adjacent room because of the deteriorated floor. He didn’t Pressure us or anything about the extra work, he just made us aware of the condition with a description and pictures. It was our decision to go ahead with The additional work. "I did hire Mark owner of Shore Thing Handyman to come out to my home to repair siding that had come loose on my home. I had it repaired twice before and it was not done correctly as it came back out. Mark not only repaired it, he came back later with brackets to secure it securely…. Mark was very professional and polite… A true gentleman… When I asked him how much I owed him he said that was nothing.. He didn’t charge me.. I highly recommend him for any job . I will definitely be calling him in the future. "

"Ok where do I start: Thomas and Justin were phenomenal! They took out my old 30 year old mobile home tub and replaced it with the most amazing walk in shower! It operates and looks beautiful! I cannot thank you enough! They also fixed my walk in shower in the master bathroom (the previous GC did a really sub par job) and I’m so happy that Thomas replaced the sub floor part of that shower and redid the step on it so water didn’t keep getting on the floor. They also redid all the flooring in the master bath, took out the 30 year old vanity and toilet and replaced them with new modern styles that save water and energy. They are coming back to complete the guest bathroom and I’m so excited! They were also straight up about pricing and were always on time, professional and really listened to my vision and gave me input on what would truly work and what wouldn’t and I appreciate that ALOT!
