"We just needed our roof cleaned off from all the moss buildup, the vent flashings replaced from old to new, and some shingles that just needed to be replaced because they were worn out….Eliseo gave us a great quote that was in my opinion far less than I was expecting to pay for that amount of work but they did a great job, they were on-time (a little bit early), quick and efficient and had our roof looking brand new in just a few hours. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone needing their roof worked on."

"They missed their first appointment to give an estimate. Chepi was scheduled to come and Shay Dee Barber showed up several hours early for the next appointment and began "doing work" when no one was home. No contract or permission was given to do any work. He tried to give an invoice which was 8 times tghe estimate from other roofers. His "work" had to be torn out and thrown away by another vendor I had to hire because Shay Dee Barber did such a poor job. Shay Dee Barber has no roofing skills. He angrily threatened "I'll put a lien on your house" which was laughable as he had no contract. L&I, who grants licenses said he only has a general contractors license and there is no skill needed. This is a "contractor" to stay away from!!"

"I am updating my previous 5-star review bec it was written only after Chris promised to refund a 4% credit card surcharge in exchange for a "good review." Now that the "repair" has failed within 30 days, I realize the quality is completely unacceptable. 1. Inappropriate Materials: During the "repair," the worker used Rust-Oleum High Heat Enamel spray paint on my chimney. This product is designed for BBQ grills and wood stoves, not for waterproofing a roof. It is a cosmetic paint, not a sealant, and it cannot stop a water leak. 2. Improper Process: Despite my requests to fix the exterior leak first, they finished the interior drywall and painting while the roof was still leaking. 3. Lack of Supervision: No manager ever inspected the site. 4. Failed Repair, Denied Warranty: 2 weeks later, the roof is leaking in the same spot, causing my new interior wall to bulge. Despite a "15-year warranty," Chris refused to honor it and instead sent a new quote for $1,800 to fix the same chimney."

"Only giving 1 star because I can?t give 0. Hired this company who sent Anthony's relative Brandon to seal coat my driveway. Dude showed up 4 hours late by himself without half the equipment needed to do the job. Didn?t clean the surface at all before starting. Took 5 hours to not even finish cutting in the edges. Got tar splatter all over my fence and house, and then told me he would not clean it up either. Eventually, he gave up on the job and left... ridiculous experience. DO NOT hire them. Scam."

"Steve's solution for my flashing repair around my chimney was the same as another bid that I had. At that point I knew that I was on the right track for a successful resolution. Top Gear is a fairly new company. There is a calculated risk in that. Steve however is not new at the roofing game. Your not getting a flashy decaled truck, embroidered Carhartt jacket or a fancy hat. His pricing reflects his lower overhead. The rain is about to return. So time will tell if it's a fix, but I'm confident that Top Gear will make things right if it's not. Steve guaranteed his work for 5 years. With his kind of honesty, he should still be around. Pleasure doing business with you."

"Not five stars 10 stars Eugene (the owner) and his team (Rene & Crew) Did the work in Feb 2025 The weather was perfect but cold in the first two days After that it was rain, cold, snow, and freeze Somehow, someway, they got it done in less than a week I was concerned with the weather conditions all around But the work got done on time Eugene kept me calm by responding to all my questions and concerns The crew was unbelievable Their work ethic and professionalism are second to none The roofing product was first class The workmanship was of highest quality Almost impossible to put these into words As an owner of the house and getting the roof replaced will only happen once in my lifetime This was so important to get it done right I got a lot of bids The price was too good to be true Now that the work was completed I would pay the higher end of my bids knowing the excellent work they did Throughout, Eugene was communicating with me timely How can anyone top this?"
