Lake Washington Construction, Is a premium general contractor than specializes in remodels and additions but also has the capability and resources to build a custom home or garage. We also enjoy small jobs like, siding, decks, doors and windows, weather damage and just about any home related project. We do most Jobs in house with our w2 employees. the only subcontractors we use are on the larger jobs where the city requires a specialty license.

The job was done quickly, on schedule, and the area they repaired looks great even though they had to take off siding and remove an exterior door to get to the repair. He took out our tub and single shower and installed 2 shower head bathroom with heated flooring, floating vanity, and another light above the shower. He is respectful of our home and a dog person for sure! He left everything nice and neat and went through thoroughly to ensure he did not leave any dust or debris past his working hours.
