Upon meeting Heidi for a consultation I knew she would get the job done to my satisfaction. I had just lost my husband a couple of months prior to our meeting. She was empathetic and considerate of my budget. Not only did she and her team help me with painting, power washing and other small jobs that I needed done for the sale of my home, but also helped me with things like hanging large mirrors, electric fireplace's, pictures and other things that my husband would have normally done for us in my new home. She assured me that no job was too small. And she was right! Patrick is a delight to work with. Very pleasant and a hard worker. FYI if you put on some classic rock he might even sing a tune for you! These people are terrific and I will continue to use their services and recommend them to everyone I know!"

"Bryan Rodriguez, the owner of Nord Fence, undertook the installation of a covered patio at my property. I am writing to confirm that Bryan and his team failed to execute this job by industry standards and best practices. The company improperly attached a covered terrace to my existing roof. After several expert roofing assessments, it has been determined that their work did not comply with established roofing codes and regulations. Consequently, my entire roof now requires replacement due to the structural integrity being jeopardized by condensation and water damage resulting from the negligent installation. Furthermore, the actions of this company have compromised the integrity of my metal roof, which may expose them to potential liability for damages incurred. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably, Bryan has been unaccountable and has not followed through on any communications. I am deeply concerned about the financial implications of these repair costs and disheartened that a company would engage in such practices that exploit consumers. Given the circumstances, I am considering further legal action to address these grievances and seek appropriate remedies."

"Valentin and Sam were both very gracious and polite and fully explained everything they were going to do and made sure, at the end, that it was all exactly how we wanted it. We had some rot on the side of the house and an area that needed a small deck built and Valentin did a great job with that. The exterior paint and trim looks fantastic and they were super clean and easy to have around the house. I highly recommend."

"Norberto was prompt in responding to a time sensitive situation (irrigation leak) and was clearly intelligent and. knowledgeable about his business. His associate, Troy had no trouble understanding the old valve system and easily replaced valves and solenoids - leak repaired! This company was responsive and easy to work with. And a fund of info re: landscaping needs and irrigation. We will definitely use them again."

Shout out to Victor (not Frank) -inside joke. Victor was my first ERGEON contact on the phone and video call to go over what I wanted for my fence. Victor is friendly and I enjoyed talking to him. I appreciate his patience and help in putting the plans, estimate and contract together. Additional thanks to Jennie the project wrangler. Jennie, via phone and texts, stepped in for her part of the fence process and showed great patience with me after I had received last minute fence ideas by my house mate causing a stall of the project and me second guessing what I wanted for my fence. Ultimately I went back to square one to the original plan Victor first wrote up for me. Thank you Jennie for updating the contract back to my original desired fence. I am very glad I chose ERGEON.
