"Jim and his crew refinished our hardwood floors and they look amazing- better than new! We had several bids from different people for this project. Jim was our last bid and while a bit more expensive he was so detailed in what they included in the price I think we actually saved some money when compared to what the other bids did not include or were very vague. Jim included everything that would need to be done before, during and after the floors were done. They removed all doors, moldings and toilet and put them all back when finished. (This was going to cost extra in the other bids we received). Jimâ s crew arrived on time each day and cleaned up before they left. They also worked extra to limit the amount of time we had to be out of our house as we have a toddler. Jim came out to inspect the floors when they were done and saw some spots he wanted to redo and they ended up putting an extra coat of finish on with no extra cost. I highly recommend Goss floors and would/will hire them again for any future wood flooring projects!"

"I cannot recommend Jose and his crew enough! Our floors are GORGEOUS and perfect. We had a complex job where we needed several different types of existing floor removed (including concrete!) and we needed new floors tied into existing floors. We also needed new stair railing installed with wood to match the floors. Jose and his crew worked tirelessly and completed the job ahead of schedule (when was the last time you could say that about a construction project, right?). The new floors tie in seamlessly with the existing wood floor we kept. The whole crew is very professional and trustworthy. We are over-the-moon with our floors -- they look even better than we could have imagined!"

After Vasiliy’s crew refinished the floors, it looked great and you could not tell there were irregularities. They were on time, professional and paid attention to detail. After the job I told Vasiliy that a piece of wood wasn’t replaced when they said they would. He made sure to come back and finish that job. I would recommend them again for sure."

"Rick and Candice were a pleasure to work with, they were professional, prompt, and did a fantastic job. My floors were in pretty rough shape and my tile flooring installer said it was a little beyond his capabilities. He referred me to Sterling and said they were the best around the Kitsap Washington area. I called them and received a quote which I thought was very reasonable for the work that needed to be done. Rick performed wood patching and matching to my existing floors. He then took everything down to bare wood, refinished and varnished the entire floor. The end result was amazing and I was very happy. "Very pleased with the professional and friendly service received. Eric, the owner, was professional and easy to work with. I appreciated his help with narrowing the flooring choices to what product would be best for what I needed, ie, stand up to heavy traffic in the entryway as well as being waterproof for the baths and kitchen. He also promptly provided all the documentation required by my HOA for approval of what I wanted done. I kept changing my mind about which direction to lay the flooring, so when it was delivered, Eric helped lay out a box of the flooring so I could get a better idea of how it would look overall, very nice. Dan, the installer was also professional and did a great job. I particularly liked the job done cutting the bottom of the door frames to slip the flooring underneath. Looks like it was just meant to be that way. Since the name of his showroom is Floors and More, I asked if he did counter tops too. He worked with Andrew Shubin at Pro Granite to order the quartz for the kitchen and find remnants for the baths which helped keep the cost down. Very pleased all the way around. I plan to have him install carpet in the near future and possibly replace the tile around the fireplace."
