They worked outdoors when the weather let up but had to leave the chimney covered with a tarp most of that time. They didn't need to access the interior of the house until the chimney was crowned, capped, sealed, washed, and tuckpointed. I only needed to be home during the sweeping operation, which involved removal of two whole industrial wet/dry vac-loads of old soot, moss, and ash. "I liked Alex as a person, I was very happy with how much care and knowledge he brought to the table, and he pulled things off with quite a lot of precision and care. Let's put it this way: I had Alex work on a series of problem areas in the house.
I had a utility faucet that was dripping, he inspected the hoses and replaced the faucet. No problem. I had a couple of electrical boxes that weren't working, or were dislodged. He replaced the dimmer (asked for), and corrected things. I had some issues in the plaster, some drywall exposure where I'd had minor water damage. He cut it out and applied mud. I had a garage door with a big gap at the bottom, where I wanted a door sweep. He chose a high end sweep, cut it to perfect size, and put it right where he needed. I had issues where I wanted to do some weatherization, he took care of some problem area.
And he did everything with care and skill. I've more projects on the way, and I've already asked for work from him again.

"The home is 2500 sq ft. with upper end finishes and is two levels. The home was built on our lot. The work was superb. Fulfilled 100% of his commitments over the course of a 7 month project. You could tell he really cared about the services he provided and about me and my wife. Had the highest attention to detail. All of his subcontractors were first class. There were no outstanding issues. A potentially painful process was painless and I highly recommend them. I do not have the total sum of the work on hand at the moment."
