"Karl and John did great work in removing the rotten shingles, installing flashing, creating a new door for access to the crawl space, removing a replacing joists, removing and replacing sections of the ledger board, repairing rot near our door, etc. . We had others come out who wanted to dismantle our deck to do the repairs. Karl handled this without dismantling the deck and undoubtedly saved us a lot of money. Both Karl and John did a great job."

"We hired Rain City Exteriors to coordinate a large remodel of the exterior of our home which included a new roof, removal of two layers of siding and window trim, blown-in insulation, new Hardie window trim, 6 new windows, new Hardie siding, new gutters and fresh paint. Guillermo was super easy to deal with during the quoting process and answered a lot of detailed questions I had. They worked with us to schedule work to begin and be continuous throughout so that we wouldn't have interrupted service. We were very happy with the quality of all the components of our remodel. The largest portion of work had to do with removal and replacement of the window trim and siding. The 2 person team was wonderful. Arrived on time daily, were very respectful of our neighbors, apprised me of concerns as they were discovered and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were lovely to work with and I felt as if they were treating my home as if it were there own...and the results showed it. This was an expensive remodel that we had been saving for for several years...to find such a great group to work with and see such terrific results was great. I would recommend them to anyone."

"I could not be happier with Mike and his team at Perdue. Mike and Miguel went above and beyond for us with our siding project. They were flexible when we decided we also wanted to replace the doors on our house. Mike helped order the doors and even painted them for us. He helped counsel us on materials and design for our siding project. His siding team did a fantastic job. Our house looks amazing. They were respectful, detail oriented, and always took time to do things the right way. Any request was met with a positive, can-do attitude and completed promptly. Perdue was not the lowest quote we received for the work, but they are worth every penny for their workmanship and customer service. "Bellevue Masonry and Drainage repaved our driveway in April 2026. They removed the old, cracked concrete (turns out there was a lot more concrete than they expected, resulting in a 10% cost increase) and replaced it with asphalt. The job went smoothly, and Peter, who supervised the work, communicated with us dailt so we knew exactly what would happen when. From beginning to end the job lasted about a week. The new asphalt looks good so far (it's mid May), and I have every reason to believe it will stay that way."

"Summer 2015, laminate floor repair.... I usually don't hand out the highest ratings on reviews (is anyone perfect?!) but Carlson Construction did great for my small job. Though it's the busy season for them, Reed, the proprietor, was able to schedule me in within a few weeks of my initial inquiry. After discussing the job on the phone I felt confident I had the right contractor when he said he would stop by to actually see the job first. It helped that I'm local too. The job itself...remove the floating laminate floor to the point of the bad board and replace (I had plenty of extra new boards on hand). Reed had Chris S. do the job with Reed being on hand to assist/advise as needed. Chris was awesome, arrived on time, and really did a nice clean job. Sure it helped that the existing boards, other then the bad board, were in great shape to more easily lift and put back. I got lucky there. But still, there were some tough parts of the job that, because of the expertise, were handled smartly and efficiently. Chris worked very cleanly through the end. Both are real nice guys too. Like I said, I don't give out 5 out of 5 stars easily but Carlson Construction did everything I asked in a fantastic manner, on time, within budget.
