Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. He does not just put a floor down over what you have but if necessary removes the flooring that is there as needed to make any repairs before putting down the new floor. He not only removes the base molding but the baseboard itself to get right back to the edge of the room. He is the best. I recommend him very highly."
