"Estimate (free) - Brasure's sent a tech to measure and price the cleaning the day after I contacted them, and e-mailed me the estimate as soon as the measuring appointment was completed. I set an appointment to perform the work about 2 weeks later. Brasure's rep indicated they would text me day before to confirm, which they did. Carpet Cleaning technician, Shawn, Bailey, was on time and professional. We walked the rooms to be cleaned, and agreed on which furniture would be more and which would not (per the estimate). Work took a little over 2 and a half hours. Shawn kept me informed of progress throughout. Shawn had me inspect each area as he completed the cleaning. He identified 2 areas with staining that he treated particularly. The carpet looks much better. The stained areas are much improved (I can see a faint outline of the stained area, but they are much improved). I would hire Brasure's again. The office staff and cleaning technicians were friendly and helpful. There is a $25 internet coupon available, and Brasure's honored that coupon offer."

"We were getting ready to put our house on the market to sell and needed a carpet cleaner to clean this heavy traffic area.  The provider was prompt, friendly and thorough!  We liked how the solution did not smell bad like some other carpet cleaners.  He got every crevice of the carpet, talked to us about certain spots and how to prevent them in the future.  He cleaned the foyer and down our hallway.  It dried in MUCH less time than one of his competitors that we had previously used.  Also, the carpet has not soiled again quickly, like it did when we used a different company.  We will definitely use them again in the future!"
