"Awesome job. Two roofs were completed in one day to include the clean up. They actually come back to do another nail check with magnets to make sure you don’t get flat tires. Please call David first before the insurance adjuster. I did not do this and my adjuster did not measure correctly and missed a lot of damage however David works with your insurance company to make sure you get everything covered. He is an expert with insurance company so I was taken care of. I had damaged siding that was not covered but he gave me an excellent price to fix everything. Professional crew and Taylor his supervisor is there to make sure everything is done correctly and on time. Call SOS roofing even if you don’t have an insurance claim just need a roof. "Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment.
