He was upfront about his time table to be able to start. Once he started, the project flowed smoothly. He replaced the broken French drain that caused the moisture intrusion. Afterwards, he removed the moldy carpeting, tack strips, drywall, and studs. During the project, we asked him to upgrade the room from fluorescent to LED with a dimmer. He was upfront about the added cost. He cleaned the mold off the concrete, filled the cracks in the concrete and sealed it up. Then he replaced the studs and drywall and painted the whole room. He supervised the carpet installation at our request. What was once a molded bonus room is now a fully functional, comfortable, and beautiful homeschool room for our children. Thank you, Steve!!!"

"Great! I purchased this home in June of 2018, from MN, and had a different contractor hired to do all of the above, as of the day I closed, July 9. I was planning on moving in mid August. July 3 I found out the contractor I thought I had hired would not be able to do the job. I called Chris the morning of July 4. He met with my realtor at the house and took the job. Of course he was not able to start right away, but he had all the work completed by and I was able to move by mid September. I literally do not know what I would have done without him - I had called three other local contractors, and even tried Buildzoom and no one returned my calls. He was professional, communicative and the work that he did on my home is beautiful. I only made two trips down to the house while the work was being done and we managed to coordinate the rest via phone, efficiently. What a godsend. I am hiring Chris again in January to do a few more things I have noticed since moving in, and will continue to use him in the future. I cannot recommend him highly enough."
