"Hired Earl and his crew to install 200ft of privacy fence for our three (3) dogs to run. They did a FANTASTIC job!! The fence is heavy duty, sturdy, and looks great! This fence is built to last!! They have some great tricks to ensure that not only is the fence strong, but the gates are too! The hardware they installed on our three (3) gates looks classy and is easy to use. Earl and his crew also replaced a side entrance door. When the original door was installed it was not done properly. However, that didn’t stop these guys. They took the time to assess the issues and correct them. Now we have a great looking and secure door! I would recommend Earl and his crew for any of your home construction needs. They are a nice hard working construction crew!! They were even sweet to our dogs!! Our pups were out inspecting all of their work and each member of the crew would give each pup a scratch and a smile. Seriously, cannot say enough great things about this crew. We already have Earl lined up to pour a concrete patio and install French doors."

"It all came together in the end. We had a couple delays due to staffing, but Patrick did work with me on installing the fence in the concrete that was being poured. We had some problems because it was around a pool and he didn't seem that knowledgeable about pool requirements in Hamilton County, so I provided the latch and hinges. I had to move the latch up myself to get through inspection. The reason for the B is because he wanted full payment up front and I thought that was weird and left me at his mercy to finish. But he did and it's all good now. I would hire again."

"I hired these guys from the new office in Clarksville, TN. Their prices and timeline to do the work were better than other quotes I received. The local crew, lead by Miguel, was punctual, polite, and professional. Though they were a bit inexperienced. They ran into some issues getting the gates installed properly. The owner, Phillip, came in from Chattanooga and assisted/directed the local crew on installing gates. I had to compromise on several issues in order for them to complete in a timely manner (walk thru gate turned into a drive-thru gate because they had not planned for a post in the middle of my concrete sidewalk, a caster on the bottom of one gate because they installed a 4x4 gate post instead of a 6x6, shorter than optimal gate down rods because they were unable to locate the ones that should be installed) I also voiced several concerns with Phillip over structural and cosmetic issues. Phillip assured me that his company guaranteed workmanship for a year after install. I contacted Phillip and Greyson to have a couple of the items fixed. After waiting almost 2 weeks, I told Phillip to just leave me the materials and I would fix them myself. After another week and a few more phone calls, someone dropped off a couple of pickets for me to do the work. In the process of replacing pickets on a brand new fence, I realized that the blocking for the down rod brackets for the drive-thru gates were only attached to pickets and not the frame of the gate. I voiced concerns about the down rod issues during the install and Phillip assured me that this would be corrected. After a couple more phone calls, I was in a polite argument with Phillip on the work that needed to be done. Phillip assured me again that they would repair the issues, but not sure when that would be. I anticipate that the buck will get passed back and forth between Greyson and Phillip a few more times and that I will have to call again before all is resolved. Bottom line is that Heritage Fence and Repair generally do good work. The Clarksville install crew is great. The problem is with the follow thru. My advice is to withhold the final payment until you are 100% satisfied with the job. I am having to follow up with issues that I pointed out during the install."
