"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I contacted J Brewer to to get a competitive bid on a bathroom remodel. A representative came out and reviewed the project. I provided drawings and description of the work to be done. After three weeks the representative said he would be looking at the project after lunch and provide a quote. A couple hours after lunch I received a quote with a price spread of over 50% . The quote was somewhere between 23k and 35k. If I wanted a accurate price I would need to pay $250. So they wanted me to pay $ 250 to find out if they where possibly 10k over other highly rate contractors in the area. All of the other Angie list recommended contractors provided accurate and timely quotes. If they had explained to me that if I wanted a price quote that was less than +/- 50% it was $250 dollars I would of stuck with the A rated contractors that provide accurate quotes for free."

"John and his crew worked thier tails off to construct a sturdy wood and wire fence so our two dogs could get some playtime outside. John kept us informed throughout the entire process and consulted us for our input. Our yard is on a ridge with a pretty steep and haphazard topography, but they made this fence fit in a way that looks good and follows some of the natural lines. Solid work, honest and friendly. Would %100 hire again"

They use the right nail guns for Hardie board siding plus the siding has no gaps, they caulk it as well. They use flashing in the right places. The work crews just awesome, they looked like my CNC router fast and precise. The job superintendent, Francisco came to the house often, making sure the workers were on track. He also did ever thing the wife and I ask him to, he listen to us. They replaced the siding and painted it, replaced our deck, handrail and gutters."
