"I have been very satisfied with the final outcome, the process and the total cost. I have been meaning to post this for while but finally got to it as I and others appreciate the work with each passing day. Mark, the owner, took the effort to stop by everyday to oversee the work done by his crew and make recommendations as necessary and most of the crew have been with him for several years. They even managed to build up the walk-in shower to exact dimensions such that the shower glass surround could be reused—apparently something that very few contractors manage to do, as per the shower door installation company!"

"The project went better than expected. Dave was punctual, and very helpful with both my refrigerator install and connecting waterlines. I felt comfortable with him in my home. Dave was refreshingly honest and referred me to a dependable source to work on a project that was outside his expertise. I appreciate his willingness to accommodate me on a weekend."

"We recently hired Apex American Homes to update a small kitchen in our mobile home in Oceanside before listing the property, and the experience could not have been better. We needed work that would make a real visual impact without going over budget, and many contractors we spoke with kept trying to sell us on things we did not need. Igor was the only one who listened to what mattered to us. He understood our goals right away and helped us focus on the updates that would add the most value. The difference in the kitchen after the remodel was incredible. His team worked quickly, paid attention to the details, and the space feels completely refreshed. The entire process was smooth and stress free, and we always felt we were in good hands. We are both very happy with the results and the professionalism throughout. I truly recommend Apex American Homes."

"First project: I am very pleased with Repairs & Remodels On Demand (RROD). I was in the process of selling a property that was about 75 years old. The buyer's mortgage company had sent an inspector who noted several issues. Obviously I was under time pressure. RROD responded very quickly. I needed a hearth built in front of an existing fireplace. RROD advised me on what the current code requirements were. I selected material and the hearth was installed the next day. The inspector also reported six electrical issues, four plumbing issues in the kitchen and four in the bathroom. RROD repaired them all in two days. RROD sent a three man team. The timeline for the project was: Day 1, evaluate job and create estimate; Day 2, install hearth, correct electrical issues and begin plumbing work; Day 3, complete plumbing. On the fourth day I notified the buyer's agent to schedule the re-inspection; the inspection passed with no problems. Sale completed. Second project: In a rental property I own, a tenant wanted a laundry area. I had had the area plumbed but the walls had been opened to accomplish the plumbing. I needed the walls closed up, a short wall built, and the appliances installed. First day, evaluate job and create estimate. Two days later start and complete the job in two additional days. On the day after the completion, the tenant reported a problem with a door that had been installed. I went over and checked and she was correct. It was in mid-afternoon and I called RROD and reported the problem. They immediately scheduled an appointment for 8:00 AM the next morning (and repaired it on that visit). It was a small job with a small problem. The work looked very professional and the paint for the new areas matched the existing room colors. The point is, they do high quality work and they really do stand behind their work. I shall certainly use them again. I am very satisfied with their responsiveness and the high quality of work. They are easy people to work with. They came through for me. Dan"

"I decided to go with Royalty Design and build for my full home remodel, the entire process was seamless, professional, and exceeded my expectations. The team was attentive and took the time to understand my vision for the space. Lavi and Gabri offered insightful suggestions and design ideas that really elevated the overall concept. Whether it was the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living area, every part of the remodel was executed with meticulous attention to detail. Great company, great team, highly recommend!"

"Kevin was very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. The master bath remodel was completed timely, and the work is of excellent quality. We would use BD Project & Design again for any remodeling project. Thank you Kevin and BD Project & Design."

"Steve and his tile and painting professionals were always on time, exactly in budget that Steve laid out in advance with a detailed estimate (that by the way was better than 2 other estimates we got from other Angieslist contractors). Excellent work. I will use Plum-Up again and highly recommend."

"I highly recommend Contractor Adrian Lamb owner of Affordable Builders. I needed to find a contractor who could replace a mid-century bathtub/shower with a walk-in shower for my elderly parents and I needed the job completed as soon as possible. I contacted Adrian who graciously agreed to provide a quote on a Saturday morning. He was very professional and patient with our ideas and questions. He explained all options for our project and provided a quote including project scope later that same day. He also provided several different places to select the specific tile that my parents were looking for. The tile was selected. I notified Adrian who agreed to travel to two different locations to pick up the materials. The project started on the following Thursday as agreed at contract signing. Adrian was in constant communication responding to additional questions and providing updates. Project was completed in one week which is exactly what was promised. The shower is absolutely amazing and my parents are very happy with the workmanship of the finished project. Affordable builders worked in a very organized fashion, keeping materials, tools and all areas clean and safe throughout the project. My father asked that additional painting be done and Adrian obliged without hesitation. Overall, I highly recommend Affordable Builders for any bathroom remodeling needs. Affordable Builders provides quality workmanship at a fair price. A 5 star rating only because that is highest rating available. Sincerely, Guillermo Lopez"

"Highly recommend Lunasol construction for your home remodel projects. There is a reason Lunasol construction has 5 star reviews. From start to finish, Idan and his team were amazing to work with. Idan came up with a beautiful kitchen design for my kitchen remodel based on some inspiration pictures and ideas I provided her. Once we agreed on the design he brought over the crew for an introduction and prep for the job. He was there to guide and assist me throughout the remodel and checked in daily with me to answer any questions or concerns I have. As with any remodel, we had some hiccups along the way which were nobody's fault, like termite damage and framing that had to be replaced, but nothing that Idan and his team couldn?t handle and resolve quickly. Lunasol delivered, and as a result my family and I have a stunning kitchen that we will enjoy for years to come."
