"It was great from start to finish. Steve and Steve arrived promptly at 8 am and were done by 12:15. They waited to greet the stucco repair guy and show him what had to be done. Steve came back at about 2 to make sure the job was done correctly, which it was. You couldn’t tell that any repair was made to the stucco. The bonus for me was a small piece of base trim on the Wall was damage by dry rot so Steve took off. When he came back to inspect he brought a piece of the same base trim and replaced it. He said he had the same trim at home. The back patio was cleaner than when they came. My new door is great and once my dog was used to the new doggie door he’s been enjoying his freedom ever since! Mr. Coughlin did everything he said he was going to do at the price he quoted from the very beginning. I would highly recommend this company."

"<strong>  I called for an estimate and they gave me a 2 hour time frame.  The technician was polite and professional but was 20 minutes late. ( after the end of the time frame)   I overlooked it and scheduled the repair.  The same thing happened on the day of the repair with no apologies.   It is a pet peeve of mine and it communicates to me that they think their time is more important than mine. You should be able to make it within a 2 hour time frame.    Time management guys!!  </strong> <br />"

"The shutter replacement went very well and everyone was very complementary about the new shutters. The laundry area door replacement ended up nice but I had/still have concerns. The source of the concern is that the original opening the old door hung in was not square. The installer ended up using a lot of filler to make it look right. So right now everything is great. I am a little concerned about the filled area over time."
